Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using Orchestra, you agree to these terms with Rondanini Publishing Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License
- Orchestra Local — one-time purchase grants a lifetime license for one machine (one activation) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Orchestra Cloud plans — subscription grants use while your subscription is active, typically up to three activations.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software except as expressly permitted.
Your responsibilities
- You provide your own API keys to third-party AI providers (BYOK).
- You are responsible for backups of your local database and compliance with provider terms.
- You must keep your license key confidential.
Payments
Checkout and billing are handled by Polar. Prices on the marketing site are shown in USD; checkout on Polar is USD.
