What Orchestra is
Orchestra is local-first software. Your AI conversations and memory are stored on your device (SQLite) or in your Postgres database on cloud plans. We do not host your chat content on our servers for the Local plan.
Data we collect
Website (orchestra.berta.one)
- Essential cookies — cookie consent via PlainConsent (stored in your browser).
- Analytics — Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies in our banner.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). They collect billing details required to complete your order. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy.
Desktop app
License activation may contact Lemon Squeezy to validate your license key. Your API keys
(OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) stay in your .env file — never in our database.
Browser extension
The Chromium extension sends chat text you save to your configured Orchestra server (usually localhost). See the extension privacy policy for permissions and data flow.
Legal bases (UK / GDPR)
- Contract — processing needed to deliver software and support you purchased.
- Legitimate interest — site security and aggregated analytics (with consent).
- Consent — non-essential cookies and analytics.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@rondanini.com. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site data for orchestra.berta.one in your browser.
Retention
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting. Analytics data is governed by Google’s retention settings. Local Orchestra data on your PC is under your control.
