Refund Policy
Orchestra Local (one-time purchase)
If Orchestra Local does not work as described on your machine, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Email info@rondanini.com with your order email and reason.
- We may ask for basic troubleshooting details before approving a refund.
- Approved refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
- After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Orchestra Cloud & Cloud + Database (subscriptions)
Subscriptions are billed monthly. There is no partial refund for unused time in a billing period.
- You may cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Your license key remains valid until the subscription ends.
